*All Q/C procedures are integrally tied to this program
*At this time,we have 250qualified members on our Q/C staff
*Q/C starts at incoming material inspection,to finished goods and shipping of the product
*We currently achieve a "100 DPM defect rate"
*Our target - Zero Defects
*In addition to normal incoming and standart production line Q/C,we add Temperature Rise Testing to further the final quality ,and to eliminate infant mortality due to potential marginal parts.
